I recently purchased a large shed( 330m2 )from a local farmer, it has lighting, extraction system, car pitt, running water etc..- Great job..- problem is he got the original planning for it ( back in 1981) for a machinery shed I.e. storing his farm machinery for use on his adjacent land...- I have no farming use for it, I want to use it as a hobby shed really to store old cars etc - am I going to run into trouble with planning laws etc???
