Has anybody any recommendations for somebody that could replace trim and service locks on outside doors? It's a fairly specialised looking trim, and I haven't been able to turn up strips of it to attempt a DIY job. The locks are probably more common (3 latches move along the edge), but one is in fairly bad shape.

We tried the "Window and Door Surgeon" but they were neither interested, nor inclined to suggest anybody that might be

I’ve found S Security on the Quay to be very good where locks are concerned, they might be able to help with your other issues.

Id say this is the latch system off a PVC door? just go to Cresthaven with a photo of the lock and they will give you a replacement, there are 4 screws if i can remember take them out and the latch comes off and put new one on, fairly straight forward

It's actually on an aluclad system that was being brought from Estonia in the noughties. Lovely doors and windows, but the company bringing them in unfortunately didn't survive the crash, so can't go back to them. I hadn't thought about Cresthaven though - I'll give them a go, so cheers for that
