Perhaps you live in the countryside and have your own well to supply water to the house. If your water needs treatment for the removal of iron/manganese, how satisfied are you with the service you receive from the installers when the treatment unit needs servicing. I have a treatment installation. I know three businesses in that trade and I couldn't recommend any of them. I'd be interested to hear of other's comments about their own domestic well water and where in Ireland are they located.
