Conservation/Listed building contractors & architect

I'm looking at taking on quite a substantial renovation of a listed building that has planning permission already approved but the architect that attained the permission is no longer working.

Its a relatively large (235 sqm) residential property in Dublin that was built in early 1800's. It has been pretty much left derelict for 30-40 years and I'm looking to get someone to take on the project that is experienced with dealing with listed buildings and can work with/find other contractors as required. Any recommendations?
