    Where is the best place to get replacement calves.

    Looking for heifer calves from a good temperament cow.

    Any place other than mart or donedeal?

    Angus or shorthorn would be the breeds I'd be looking for.

    Watch a few calf sales online. It'll give you an idea of what is and what isn't available, plus what they're making. The seller's name is usually displayed too so you could always look them up afterwards
