    Hi,

I've recently moved to the Bray area. I'm looking to start swimming again but the only local option I can find is Shoreline Leisure. I don't want to pay 500euro a year membership just to do a bit of swimming.

It looks like the nearest pay-as-you-go pool is in Monkstown.

I'm surprised there's no council leisure centre.

Does anyone know of a pool closer the Bray than Monkstown?

You can pay as you go in Shoreline Bray, €7.50.

Great, thanks Plastik. Missed that on the website - I just saw membership fees.

They used to have a pre-pay card for 10 visits too at a cheaper rate but they don't seem to show that or general pay as you go prices on the website so it might be worth giving them a call or paying a visit.

The timetable is here. You can pay as you go where the times are open swim or adult swim

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
