    Yes and yes but usually it's out of quota catch being discarded on a daily basis rather than an entire haul.


    One trawler has 52% of Northern Ireland's entire annual quota. There's too many efficient boats chasing too few fish. There's no need for below-minimum-wage immigrants risking their lives to try to undercut supertrawlers.
