Dripping Mixer Tap

Recent new build (4 years) kitchen has a mixer tap with 1/4 turn ceramic valves. It is continually dripping. It has improved since I cleaned it but is still dripping. I didn't see any grime nor dirt when removing the valve stems, so I am unsure as what it could be as the ceramic parts look okay - i.e. not contaminants or signs of wear. I've opened it up this afternoon and cleaned the valves using limescale remover as per this YT video:

So, question is what else could it be or what do I do now?

    TIA.
