Covid recovery cert under new rules for under 40s

Hi, I currently have Covid and registered a positive antigen result with the HSE because it says on their site that people aged 4-39 should no longer book a PCR test, just register an antigen result. However, it also says that you can only get a proof of recovery cert for travel if you've gotten a positive PCR result. So I was just wondering whether anybody knows how under 40s are supposed to get a Covid recovery cert under these news rules? Thanks.

Just book a PCR test anyway.

Yeah, that's exactly what I ended up doing. Booked, done and home in less than 2 hours. Grand stuff.
