    1.11 Lingfield

Am loathe to say that the early fav Aljaryaal is too short @ ~11/8, given my record picking losers recently; but I do think he's too short, and I can't see him winning here.

Peerless Percy @ ~10/3 looks more fairly priced, although his last two wins were at Newcastle over a furlong shorter, so will overlook him at Lingfield tomorrow..

Running Cloud is interesting down into a Class 6, but he does seem to be out of form regardless; so a watching brief only on him.. Bit of variation on price with this one, out of the few that have it priced up. 365 go 16s, with the rest ~ 8s

Only 7 due to go to post, and have found two at reasonable prices, so will do em each way here..

    RAKEMATIZ ~ 14s ew

Going back a while to give this fellah a chance.. A third place finish at the course over a furlong shorter in April of last year is what I'm counting on him to replicate here, in order to give him a chance...

    WADACRE GOGO ~12/1 ew Nap

Didn't give her a chance lto at the course over a furlong shorter. I think her low weight may well help her, as I think she'll get a nice lead from, perhaps/likely, the fav. She came a fair 2nd three runs back at Chelmsford over the same trip as tomorrow. That was just after another 2nd in the race previous to that, also over 1m 5f at Chelmsford.. Seems she likes 13fs on the polytrack, so will do me..

Could well be a shorty takes this, or one of the ones stepping up in trip; but, based on their prices and their proven form at the trip/surface, they'll do for me here - early doors anyhow...

    Gluck all ☺️

No good. The one that got caught in the stalls didn’t do too badly after. Was watching without sound but fairly sure it was Peerless Percy. Nto maybe

Brian Glesson is lucky that Ted didn't deck him there on live telly. Glesson can be a bit of a fool but Ted was beyond rude to him.

    5.25 Kempton YORKTOWN 7/2 Boyles/Lads win

This 5yr old has showed improved form in his last two runs, and, while yet to win, he has to have a chance here.. 3/1 is a fair price here and even 11/4 be okay.. About his challengers; I think Harbour Project 7/2 gen will be staying on without winning, Star Of Epsom 3/1 best price may not be far behind the winner, but hard to see her win on form, and Placated (who's interesting enough here) might be worth an each way with 365, who go 13/2 and if the horse stays/jockey challenges late, then Placated would have live claims.. If Placated was drawn a bit lower than eight, then this 4yr old filly would be a reasonable ew bet at 9/2 or above, imo, but if she's held up (as may well be owing to draw) , then hard to see her involved..

She may well be able to follow the leaders, even from her draw, so have talked myself into a second pick here..

    PLACATED 11/2 Boyles/Lads ew

The selection Yorktown also has Marquand on top for the first time, so that's a plus too, and the horse was well supported lto... Hopefully his turn will come tonight... Looks a tricky meet at Kempton; think I'll not find any more picks today, thankfully 😃
