Hi, recently got a free fiver to play lightening roulette with William Hill. Anyway, got few wins & continued to play. Was betting 20 cent a time on 5 different numbers.
Anyway, I had 20 cent on Red 32 & a 100x multiplier was applied to this number & ball landed on 32 Red.
It seems they multiplied my stake of 20 cents by 100 & returned me 20 euro.
I've queried them but they say that's all the return due. However landing on a ball on roulette usually returns odds of 35/1 ( or thereabouts). This wasnt applied.
This sound right? Seems its roulette odds or the multiplier rather than both. T&C's dont mention this.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Instead of 35x you get 100 x so you were paid out correctly. It wasn't 135x.
