Help with attic conversion stages.

I'm hoping someone can offer some advice on the stages of an attic conversion as I'm not getting much help from the company employed.

Basically the conversion is nearing the end of the work.

The electrician has done the first fix but when plasterboarding the walls and roof the guys covered up all the wires without running them through the plasterboard.

    It has now being plastered.

The company is saying that it is fine and the sockets etc. Will be installed afterwards.

There has also been no pipe work done for a new radiator.

Admittedly I know nothing about construction so this could very well be normal procedure but it seems very strange to have to dig through plaster board to try and find the wires.

Any help would be really helpful and thanks in advance.
