    Hi,

does anyone have feedback on the Westmill development in Swords. Seems like a good neighbourhood but bit far off to the shops and the commute.

    any information is appreciated.

    thank you

Hi @vikrambhat249 welcome to Boards. I have moved your query to the accommodation forum but it might also be a good idea to check out the Dublin County North forum here: https://www.boards.ie/categories/east-dublin-county-north

    Seems pretty good for commuting.

Not enough green spaces or trees.

    All sold out.

There's a new park going right between Westmill and where I live, plenty of green space once it's ready.

Commutting is becoming slightly more difficult this side of swords depending where you are going and what time.

it's a decent distance to the main but only a 12e taxi ride after a dinner or drinks out.

There are also a number of really good primary schools around the area in walking distance and 1 new secondary which so far has good reviews. the other secondary schools would be further away.
