anyone know what is happing with the proposed running track and all weather pitch for Porterstown park?

has it been shelved?

Tenders were due back last year, dont see it awarded

This was awarded a fortnight ago

So hopefully construction commencing in a month or two

There will be floodlights - the tender document says "Associated works including LED floodlights"

I expect that it is though the image you uploaded is from before the consultation. They may have changed some parts after the consultation (Castleknock Celtic asked for a fence between pitch and track so both could be used simultaneously).

I've emailed the Porterstown Parkrun people as they might need to change the route, especially near the clubhouse.
