    Hi all,

How much would you set aside for finishing a new build in a new development? 4 bed semi with 3 bathrooms with flooring and tiling being the main things.

Realise you could really spend any amount but let's say we are middle of the road people with middle of the road tastes! ;-)

Genuinely depends on the flooring your are looking for. 3 bathrooms with tiling prob somewhere between 6 to 8 per room. But might bring it down with all three at once so say 15k.

Flooring again depends on materials but entire house prob again 8 to 10k if upstairs and down. To finish it's the guts of 25k to 30k realistic. All these costs can be Brought down somewhat if goind budget items but not hugely and labour is pricey now.

Sorry just to clarify the bathrooms come with sanitary ware, shower trays and showers so the main thing would be the tiling.

Tiling would prob still be region of 4 to 6 grand for an average bathroom upstairs in typical two up two down
