Mounting a tv bracket in MDF cabinet

I have a newly installed MDF tv cabinet where I want to mount a tv bracket that comes out 1m for a 16kg led tv. There is a gap behind the MDF but my intention is to drill through the MDF and into the concrete wall to mount the tv bracket.

any advice on the best way to do this and support the bracket properly and not put any undue strain on the MDF back panel.

I had though of getting long coach bolts and using a nylon spacer to ensure the bracket sits against the spacers only and not touch the back board MDF?

Any help or suggestion from previous experience would be great.

    TIA
