Apartment boiler making sound after 5/6 hrs no use

    Hi,

    Our water heater boiler pump makes a sound every morning first-time tap is opened, the continue for 1 or, 2 minutes. Or, in the evening, if we didn't open the tap after noon time. It seems the pump is trying to pull the water but can't - please check the audio and picture. After 2/3 minutes the sounds goes off and the pump is working normally.

    This problem started in the last two months. Before that, it was ok moreover no plumbing changes done recently. I have tried to turn off the pump, then open the hot and cold water tap for a few minutes then restart the pump. But this didn't work.

    Any idea what could be wrong.
