Boiler room - reduce heat

Firebird Super-Q boiler is located in small room/large press :) in house. Network terminates in there, so small network switch and a few other bits in there also.

Moving either the boiler or network would be ideal solution. If that's not possible what would be the best way too cool the room a bit? No windows or external walls.

Is it safe to add a ceiling vent or extractor fan? Will that upset flue? Bungalow, so can use attic for any ductwork.

    Thanks.
