Passport issue application made saying dose not exit

    Hi my son did his passport online on the 28/01/2022 he has to send off extra documents which he posted on the same day ,yesterday my wife and daughter did theirs they got an email to say there’s was been processed and awaiting further documentation to be sent in .my son never got an email and the application ID he was given keeps saying it dose not exist even though we have the application page printed off with all the an post and dfa passport ID .has this happened to anyone
