    hi, wondering if anyone could help, a family memeber is looking to travel to the us for the first time, he has a string of minor offences, mostly drunk and disorderly and one for use of cannabis, i dont think he has any convictions , im wondering is it possible to get an esta with these exsisting or does he need to get a travel visa from the embassay, has anyone made such an appointment with the embasy before? and is there alot to it? any advise is appreciated
