UFH Zones Problem

I have a geothermal system and 2 different UFH zones downstairs, each with its' own thermostat. The problem is that when one area (Zone 1) has hit its' target temp and the other area (Zone 2) hasn't the pump will continue to run as expected but Zone 1 will continue to heat even though it's way above target temp. Zone 1 heats a smaller and better insulated area than Zone 2 and the result is a sweatbox that stays way above target temp.

Zone 1 has its' own thermostat & can turn on the geothermal heat pump independent of Zone 2 and Zone 1 can be turned off manually, but obviously it's not ideal having to do that. I want Zone 1 to switch off automatically once it has hit target temp. It's unlikely Zone 1 will ever be behind Zone 2 in temp so I just want Zone 1 to switch off automatically.

So the question is basically what exactly can or should be installed so Zone 1 doesn't heat if it has hit its' target temperature. I have access to the pipes coming from the heat pump at the point they're split for the 2 zones.

Before I talk to someone it would be nice to know exactly what I need done. Thanks.
