    ... on the Cab-ra Road

has been stuck inside my head for the last 3 weeks and I can't get rid of it. Normally these jingles or bits of songs leave after a few days, but this is one persistent f**er.

Maybe it's the simplicity of it, the rhythm, the rhyming, the ordinarieness of it that connects.

Does anyone else remember it? I can't find a recording of it anywhere on the net.

A problem shared is a problem halved they say 😀

They only way I'm getting rid of this is to infect a few others.

When I heard that it always reminds me of the time my Dad bought a Corsa off them going back years ago, 1992, it would put me off buying an Opel for a lifetime…a skip on wheels, zero comfort, horrible seats…plastic city, loud as anything…. Got a good trade in deal on a ten year old 323 in pristine condition but after two years in the ‘box’ as it was called.. it was on to Nissans and my dad and me having PTSD anytime we’d even see a Corsa….and hearing that godforsaken jingle ….ughhhh
