I have a drain blocked in front yard. Thew water is up to the iron grill which is screwed down and the screw cannot be moved the head is broken i think

It is not the toilet seemingly i opened the shore where you can see the toilet runs through and threw in a couple of buckets of water and also flushed the toilet and it ran off no problem. I 'd say it is leaves from the yard. I tried vinegar and bicanr soda

The toilet does not go through the same one? No smell of sewage either. How do i remove the screw will a hammer and punch do it?
