Small leak at base of toilet

If any one has any feedback they can provide on this I would be grateful.

So during the summer we got a new bathroom put in by what turned out to be a total cowboy. There were issues with leaks in the new sink, shower and toilet! So the sink and shower have been fixed. The toilet needed a new multiwick to fix a big leak which our plumber fixed, but there is still a very small leak that happens from time to time at base of the toilet at the front. The plumber said he thought this was water left over from the leaking multiwick, but I have my doubts. The multiwick was fixed back at end of November and the leak is still happening. The thing is sometimes it can just be a drop of water or sometimes a little more but never a whole lot. It is also never consistent and some times does not happen at all.

If anyone has any advice let me know!
