Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Anyone get this/use treatments?

Chlorine is knackering my sinuses. Nose like a tap this morning, have sneezed maybe 50 times and have a permanent itch, swelling, red rash etc.

    Have tried the nasal sprays.

Use a squeezy bottle (like a lucozade sports bottle) to squirt clean water up each nostril straight after the swim. Keep going until it runs down the back of your throat. So this 2-3 times for each nostril. It’s disgusting but works. It cleans the chlorine out of your nasal passage.

Cheers will do. Have been using a saline spray but not straight after swimming.
