UANG Mp3 player 'Loading' screen stuck.

Got an Mp3 player from Amazon. The problem : plays music ok for the most part, but more often than not it will 'crash' mid playing, to the 'Loading' screen for no reason. I've tried two different batteries, and formatted the player. It happens even when player has a fully charged battery. Any help? Thank you.

Sounds like a load of junk to me. I think you should return it. Well, try a software update first if there is one but failing that I'd say return it.

Thanks very much. Took your advice and have exchanged it for another model so fingers crossed 🤞 I will have better luck with my newer model choice.
