See easus com data recovery 2gig free, it scan the drive only allow you to recover 2gig of pics, video, mp3s free, also testdisk and photorec

Make sure there's a few gig free space on your pc , maybe delete a few old mp3 s or mp4s if thats necessary or upload the to a fee mega account

https://www.thundershare.net/free-data-recovery/ this is easy to use for a non expert, you should recover files to another drive or an sdcard,not drive c.
