Has anybody here ever used this for breaking rock that's in an awkward place?

You just bore the rock as you would for blasting and pour the mix in, as it cures it gradually expands and cracks the rock. It may take a few days depending on prevaling weather etc. It's safe to use near or inside buildings where rock blasting is not possible.
