Exporting from 365

    Hi, when I try to export transactions from Banking 365 to excel, I have been getting the following message for the last few days as well as being logged out. I've never had any issues before. Is this a known issue, if so when will it be fixed?

    "Error. We cannot complete your request just now. Sorry about that."

    We are aware of the above issue and this has been raised with our technical support team. Our colleagues are working on a resolution on this as a priority. We can't provide an exact timeframe at the moment on a resolution but we are hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible. If you don't opt to filter the transactions this should allow you to export them for now until the issue is resolved.

    Had to type out the details, for end of month financial returns, is it the same for all browsers? I didn't try.

    Fionn you can still export what is on the screen to excel as long as you dont use a filter but its still all in the wrong order etc.......
