Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Prime Video on TV, but not on PC

I subscribe to Amazon Prime and have logged into Prime Video on PC which works, but lots of stuff not available.

Recently got a smart TV with Amazon Prime app preinstalled. I logged in to my account and get totally different program availability.

I am not using any VPN's etc. TV region set to Ireland.

Why do I not have the same program availability on both?

Also, stupidly, on the PC Prime Video home page, "continue watching", I see what I have been watching on TV and when I click to continue I get "not available in your location", my location is 30 foot from where I can watch :-) :-) :-)

OP are you using Amazon.co.uk or primevideo.com? To get the ROI catalogue you need to use the latter. Using Amazon.co.uk you’ll get the U.K. catalogue and only be able to view Originals.

Yes it’s an odd setup, and far from the only interface oddity with Prime.
