    I don't know the area, but having a look around at other properties in the area, i would guess about 170k possibly a bit more with the good finish. Do you know the asking price yourself?

    That house sold for €94k in 2017, has been re-roofed and modernised througout, looks to need nothing. 25 Morrissons Avenue went for €230k, it's a different sized house and is standalone but on same road.

    I'd say somewhere between €180k-€200k would be about right.
