What dates should be entered into the MyWelfare payments statement request for 2021 for someone on the state pension (contributory)?

*they also have an American pension which requires self assessment.

If they need the amounts to file a Form 11 then the DSP amounts will normally be already listed in a box (just above the fields where you enter state pensions) on the pre-populated 2021 form 11 when downloaded from ROS.

However if they need written confirmation from MyWelfare then it's DSP pension payments for 01/01/2021 - 31/12/2021 that would be entered on the Form 11.

If it’s F12 then the eF12 on revenue My Account would have the DSP amounts prepopulated also. However even if they are filing on paper the information needed is still the same it’s DSP income paid from 01/01- 31/12.

Hi have a query re the state contributory pension. I'm just about to apply for it and I spent a very short time in the UK, should I list this? Unfortunately, I don't have my National Insurance number and only worked for 10 - 12 weeks before I had a baby. We returned to Ireland when he was a couple of months old so didn't work there again. I'm afraid if I include this that it will slow the whole process down. It was 30 years ago so I'm not even sure if it's relevant to my application.

What is the relevant question on the application?

In the meantime contact the UK authority and have them source your details in case you do need it.
