stamp4 researcher-10days gap

I am a researcher in Ireland standing on stamp 1 with a hosting agreement. 

I started working as a researcher in August 2020 until now. Just at the end of December and because of the Christmas holidays and delay in official works, there is a 10 days gap between my last hosting agreement (ended on 31 Dec 2021) and the new issued hosting in the new year on the 10th of January 2022. 

I was just wondering if I am eligible to apply for stamp 4 after 24 months period that was standing on the researcher hosting agreement?

My question is related to getting stamp4 Ireland’s work visa. I am a researcher and standing on a critical skill work permit which after 2 years of working I can get a visa 4 which will be renewed every 2 years instead of every year
