Travelling with the 787

What is the experience like? I'm planning on going to LA in the summer and I'm torn between airlines. I'm looking for airlines that offer both complimentary alcohol as well as a good experience overall.

I've taken other types of aircraft on long-haul flights and generally found them to be quite uncomfortable. My friend convinced me to take the 787 to the Middle East a few years back and I was amazed by how comfortable it was.

I see that Aer Lingus doesn't offer it. Are there any other airlines that would?

United operate a 787 between DUB/EWR but not domestically within the US.

Are Ethiopian airlines still flying from Dublin ? They fly Dreamliners

In my opinion the A350 is a much nicer experience than the B787, i hate the lack of a window blind on the 787, it can get very warm if you are on the "sunny side" of the plane on a day flight and the "dimmer" offers no protection from the heat at all

The A350 is much better. As for complimentary drinks you'll be classed as raving alcoholic on an american airline and prob get refused if you ask for a drink out of turn.Better to go the service area and ask different staff each time. It's also called cutbacks.
