Love walking down here as we can let the dog off to run free.

However, It seems to be only occasionally accessible when the tide is really far out.

Is there any other way to access it now that the access to the cliffs is blocked off from the harbour for the construction work?

Better late than ever, but you can access the other side of the north beach from the back of Shanganagh Park.
