Hoping someone can help me out if possible.

I got a full service done last Monday and today while driving I heard a noise like something falling out from the underside of my car. I looked underneath and there were two circular metal rings on the ground. The oil light came on and the car wouldn't drive, we had to push it out of the way to safety. The parts look like some kind of fasteners and look pretty new, there is no damage to them. It's like they weren't secured properly and came off. I was wondering if anyone knows what the parts might be called as I'm curious. They fit into each other and the larger one is about an inch and a half in diameter.
