Just because it no longer fitted in with their own opinion on the matter should be no reason, by all means mod and remove the few posts which referred to the perpetrator and post a warning, but to limit the discussion by the vast majority on the wider issues is not what boards is about.
Posters are well able to call out trolls if and when they see fit, closing threads on a whim is not on.
Rip Ashling and the terrible event which has befallen her. Condolences and further discussion on what society can do to prevent such occurrences welcome.
