PC Case - side panel hinge bent - any suggestions

    There seemed to be force applied which has bent the hinge on the base of the tower case which is impacting the glass side panel closure. 

    It's a HP OMEN 25L GT12-0231nf Gaming PC  

    I was hoping to remove the rail ,pics 1 and 2, and either try to straighten or replace, assuming part is available from HP.

    First challenge is it looks like these aren't screws,pic 3, holding it - any ideas on how to remove them. I'm not wanting to drill them!

    Thanks I appreciate the comment as the more I was thinking their not screws but rivets. May try it with pliers and a soft material , maybe can use a small piece of wood to spread the load.
