New sim on same network?

My sim card is kinda old and because I cut it down to nano myself it's not in the best condition. Can I get a new sim card for the same number but on the same network (Three)? Just worried the current one will break and I'll lose my number. Thanks!

you can get a replacement sim with the same number. the only noticable thing that will change for you will be the physical sim card itself.
