How do I level up from Conditional Registration to Full Registration on the Teaching Council portal?

Hi, I'm a bit confused by the new setup on the Teaching Council portal. I added my teacher training postgrad to the qualifications and it was accepted. However it is unclear how to have my registration changed from Conditional to Full. Anyone do this recently and know what to do?

Are you primary or secondary? Not sure about secondary but primary need to complete probation (droichead) before going from conditional to full.
