PRSI Refund

I earned less than €18,305 last year which seems to be the cut off for PRSI according to the Deloitte calculator, but I was charged PRSI on my payslips the weeks I was working. Is it possible to reclaim this? The statement of liability is refunding me my PAYE and my USC, but there is no sign of PRSI being refunded. When I looked at the PRSI refund application form it said I could only claim for 2018 and 2019 and only in a select number of circumstances. Any ideas on if the PRSI I paid last year is refundable?

PRSI won't show up on your statement of liability as its a DSP issue not Revenue. Revenue just collect it on behalf of DSP. You'll have to contact the DSP but as far as I'm aware, prsi is calculated on a week by week basis so unless you meet one of the refund conditions outlined by DSP, I don't think a refund is in order.
