Current account for business

I'm in the process of setting up a business so that I can cease being a sole trader.

Is there any particular banks which are better for business current accounts? I don't foresee me needing loans or overdrafts any time soon.

Just access to pay invoices, pay for products online for the business when needed with a business debit card, that kind of thing.

Does it make much difference if I open an account with the same bank I use for personal? (In the process of switching that too as currently with Ulster bank).

    Cheers!
