unable to request tax return 2021

    hi guys,

    when i try to request my tax return for 2021 i get ths following message. I am then logged off, anyone else have this issue or had it resolved, i sent and enquiry but i am waiting on a reply.

    This has just happened to me also today but was fine up to yesterday. It happens when you hit the link to review 2018-2021. I'm an agent and it happened to several PAYE cases I act for so I've put in a MyEnquiry also.

    You would think Revenue would put something on their website, if only to say "We're looking into the problem".

    It's happened to me a couple of times during early hours, but was always fine again the next day. I just presumed it meant the website was down for maintenance.

    Revenue don't set the system live for filing the prior year (2021) tax returns until later in Jan. They have to wait until they've received all the information they need from sources like Dept of Social Protection, Dept of Agri, given employers a chance to ensure that payroll for 2021 is filed and correct.
