Building garden office using SIPs

Has anybody got experience using SIPs? We want to build a home office/gym in the garden, ideally with a shower room. We're thinking of doing it ourselves with SIPs. We'd have builders lay a concrete slab foundation and run the services out while they're doing work to the main house. Thoughts? Experience?
