Treadmill for intermediate runner

I'm looking for a treadmill to do a few 5k-10k runs a week mainly in the Winter time. Does anyone have any recommendations for a new treadmill or even the best site to use to get one? Looking for a middle of range treadmill I think, not to flimsy and max speed of at least 14km/hr. TIA
