Swapping heating controller

Hi folks ! I want to swap out my old heating switch ( looks like an apt circle immersion timer switch) to a new WiFi model so I can just turn on and off the heating while I'm out .....is it a straight forward enough job or would I need a professional in 😬🙈 ......also any ideas on a good switch Thanks in advance
