Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi ,

I’m forever poking holes in my runners . The heavier I am the quicker it happens . I know that it doesn’t effect the performance of the shoe but it’s there and it’s taunting me constantly . The endorphin speeds I love but the hole appears super quick .

Anyways spotted inserts on FB last night - runner harmony inserts ? Has anybody tried? Do you notice in your shoes ?

Don't waste your money, keep your toenails in check, use ducktape and Google toe exercises that can help your big toe plant more efficiently.
