I completed form 11 on ros.ie and I got ""Income Tax year of assessment 2021" On the statement it reads

Debit and Credit and it has the same amount of money in each column and statement balence reads 0.00 . On the top of the statement it says "A refund will be credited to you shortly"

Am I due a refund or is the refund 0.00?

Standardised letters. Revenue are a curse for issuing them. Causes no end of irrelevant questions from clients. They often issue them way too early aswell for example issuing an income tax statement showing a liability where that liability has already been scheduled to be paid.

Are the figures in your letter correct?

I am not sure if the figures are correct.

I completed the form 11 to calculate tax back from 2021 . Those figures were correct and then I got a reply saying "A refund will be credited to you shortly" .

The credit and debit figures are the same but statement balance rewards zero, does that mean no refund ?

That's the closing statement, you are due the value of the refund.
