polyester insulation finish

    Hi

    What would be the most economical way of finishing 10 sqm of polyester insulation ? Base coat with reinforcing mesh and primer seem quite expensive.

    liquid rubber for roofs seems economical, will that work? SHed felt or tar bitumen compound? Any other suggestions?

    I am insulating one side of a wood cabin shed externally, there is a wall about 60cm from the shed so it is quite sheltered.
