Depending on your needs and budget, you can go from something as small and simple as a keyboard with trackpad to a pair of productivity devices like the MX Master 3 and MX Keys. I have the former in the living room, to control a media PC, and the latter in my home office, connected to work laptop, home laptop, and desktop PC.
